I used to have a fear of money,

I used to have made up beliefs of money, and I used to think money was something that took great amounts of knowledge to make.

I found out that the more I thought about money, the further away from myself I would drive it. I couldn't understand how this could be... but then I understood the feelings behind the thoughts I was having about money. I'd heard it preached to me, that you should focus on the service and forget about the money and then the money would come. Sure, I heard what they said, read it all the time, but I never for the life of me could grasp the concept. That is until now.

The more I grew as a person, the less I understood about money. Before I had all these desperate thoughts about money, I used to never think about money and that's how it would show up in my life so easily. I would even find $40 on the ground that someone had just dropped, and it lit up my day.

Money used to escape me at every whim I would make. I would tell myself I couldn't have a job, felt I didn't deserve it, thought people were even scaring potential clients away. But then I remembered my feelings behind those thoughts, and my marketing and networking skills grew stronger. But wait, what is marketing and networking?

Marketing is spreading the word about your services in order to find paying clients. Think of your services like a supermarket, and each thing you provide as something on one of the selves in the isle. Some would think that the market just being there would attract new clients, but that's not true. You have to display your market, dress up your store windows in order to attract new clients, whether it be on social media, word of mouth or whatever, but you have to do it. Which brings me to my next definition, Networking... Networking is basically meeting new people, giving them your card, telling them what all you do, making them offers for the services you provide, and building that client/vendor relationship.

If you have something to sell, you are a walking, talking store in the flesh and your services are your focal point. Sure you have products, but aren't services complimentary and easier to make and sell? Think about it, because even if you have a product, you still have to be the one to sell it somehow, whether it be to hire someone to sell it, but you have to drive that sale somehow. That's where your rapport building skills, networking and marketing are all combined/manifested. That's how the money comes into play. This is why the services come before the money.... But the money comes before providing them.

Sales are your last thought in the transaction, because if all you think about are sales then you will have difficulty closing them, and you'll just be desperate to get the sale. Sometimes you have to just forget about the sale and let the products sell themselves. What it takes is greeting a potential client/customer, introducing yourself, mentioning your products or services, and then suggesting your favorite of them all. Let the customer choose what they want if they're picky, but engage them with questions that ask what they like, what they want, have them inagine what it would be like to have it without being too pushy about the sale. But once they decide what they like, close the sale before they change their mind and walk away/make their escape.

Being courteous about the customer's tastes goes the extra mile, meaning to dig deep into their preference and ask them closing questions such as; "Which one is your favorite?" "What do you think?" "Do you like this or that one more?" Because if they like it, express interest, or say it's their favorite, then GRAB THAT SALE! But do it courteously, and make sure they're done browsing your products. That's all it takes to make money. And if you want to make more money, you could always ask for the upsell. Most people cringe at making an upsell for their own products, but believe me when I say that it's going to make a difference at the end of the day when you count your money. You could feel stuck right now, or you could believe in yourself and receive. Remember that there's a balance in giving and receiving, especially when it comes to money. Most people just give, give, give. I am a huge giver, I always have been. I could do without so someone else can have what I want the most, almost to a fault. That's where my myths about money come into play for me.

I always thought that money was going to make everything better. "If I could just get this deal, our problems would be fixed," is something I would tell myself more often than not, but that's not true. The problems would only be gone temporarily, and the energy of the problems would still be there for me, waiting, or even following me around in my shadow. Even though I had those thoughts, myths, and false beliefs about money, I've started doing my best to face those problems and fears about money, and the issues that are in my life. The more I've worked to forget about my money problems, the better I've felt about doing things day to day. There was once a time where I didn't want to do anything at all and only lived in fear of my own shadow, because I knew my problems were hiding in it, but then I started realizing that the darkness didn't serve me.

So if the darkness didn't serve me, then what was I to do? The darkness was all I knew for many years. But then it hit me... my confidence hadn't gone anywhere, so what was I afraid of then? What happened next was that I started living with a purpose, and money became less of a problem and more of just an asset. And that's when I started realizing that relationships are more important than my daily problems, and BOOM, my eyes opened up to the world and all of the loving people around me, and I finally just became happy. I chose it for myself, and you can to. Because I mean it when I say that I started valuing and loving people, and I quit complaining, I started standing up for what I believe in, lovingly accepted people for who they are, straight up admitted to myself that I loved other people, and ultimately started making things happen for myself. And with that said, I will end it with this quote that I'm going to make up right now: "Happiness is not a pursuit, it's a feeling we choose to make, and can readily have for ourselves once we make that choice to have it." So choose it now! And so it is.

Method of Manifesting Money

Attract money to you by following these steps:

(Declare this aloud)

"I am open to receiving the abundance of gifts that the universe has in store for me today."

(Write this down)

“I AM fearless in letting money go out, knowing that my Higher Power is my immediate and ENDLESS supply.”

(Say the following three times)

“Archangel Barachiel, Archangel Barachiel, Archangel Barachiel, I invoke your intercession.”

(Then pray)

“Mighty I Am, The riches of God flowing into my hands to use now and continuously.”

(So who is Barachiel?)

Barachiel is one of the Seven Archangels and the "Lightning of God". Barachiel's responsibilities are as varied as the blessings for which the archangel is named. Barachiel is also the chief of the guardian angels, and it is written that Barachiel may be prayed to for all the benefits in which the guardian angel is thought to confer if one is not praying to the guardian angel directly, but as an intercession. He is also seen as the angel assigned by God to watch over converts (also called "adopted children of God") to assist them in their lives.
